How much does a showcase website cost in Belgium?
The word "showcase" covers projects that have nothing in common: from a template filled in over two days to a site designed page by page. Here is what the Belgian market's ranges actually contain.

How many pages does a showcase website need?
One per search intent, and nothing more. If you sell three services, you need three service pages: a single "our services" page that mixes them ranks for none of the three searches.
In practice, most Belgian SMEs fit into six to eight pages: home, one page per service, about, contact. Adding pages with no intent behind them does not lift the site, it just dilutes the whole thing.
Is a showcase website enough to be visible on Google and in AI answers?
For searches where you have little competition, yes: a well-structured, fast site with one page per service and a configured Google Business Profile will climb within a few months on searches combining your municipality and your trade.
On the ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI overview side, the mechanics start out the same: those engines quote clear, structured pages that already rank well. A clean showcase website makes you quotable; it does not make you unavoidable.
For contested searches, the answer is no in both cases. There, what decides is content published over time and inbound links. That is separate work, described on the SEO and GEO page. A showcase website puts you in a decent starting position, it does not replace six months of production.
Should the site be translated into Dutch?
Only if your buyers are in Flanders. A Brussels or Walloon SME whose clients are French-speaking has nothing to gain from translating, and plenty to lose in maintenance time.
Dutch makes sense if you prospect in the north of the country, if you answer federal public tenders, or if your direct competitors are already there. In that case, I start from the words people actually type in Dutch rather than translating your French pages: a literal translation does not rank. Count from €1,400.
Can Numinam pick up an existing site rather than start over?
It depends on what is stuck. If the problem is the content, the site tree or the contact journey, we keep the technical base and work on top of it: that is faster and cheaper.
If the site runs on an accumulation of plugins, if nobody knows what is installed any more, or if it does not properly exist on mobile, rebuilding costs less than repairing. During the twenty-five minute audit, I look at what you have and tell you frankly which case you are in.
What happens after launch, who manages the site?
You do, for day-to-day work. Hands-on training is included and recorded: changing a piece of copy, replacing a photo, updating contact details happens without calling me. Three months of support are included after launch.
After that, two options: you carry on alone, or you take a support package for improvements and optimisation. There is no mandatory subscription for the site to keep working: a static site has no database to watch and no plugins to update. The question to ask is not the number of pages, but how often you publish and how many people have to do it.
