Why start with a single page
You test an offer before building.
One week and €1,400 are enough to know whether your market answers. If the offer lands, the page becomes the first brick of the showcase website, without paying for the design twice.
Your ads land on the right page.
A dedicated page that repeats the ad's message converts better than a general homepage, where the visitor has to hunt on their own for what they were promised three seconds earlier.
You know what the page returns.
Tracking is in place from day one. You see how many visitors arrive, how many fill in the form and where they come from, without waiting for the end-of-campaign report.
What the people who went through it say
Sébastien is always attentive and understood our needs perfectly when it came to redesigning our website! The new site looks great and was delivered on time. We've already gained a few customers thanks to the improved SEO of the new site
Didier Boulvin
Coddy
The new website much better reflects who we are. It tells our story more clearly, it's easy to navigate, it looks fresh and modern. It is more Nallian.

What you get
One complete page
Structure, copy reworked with you, custom design. Nothing is lifted from a template: the page is drawn for your offer, in line with the work described on the UX and UI design page.
Connected form
Enquiries land where you already handle them: inbox, shared spreadsheet or CRM. With the source of each enquiry, so you know which campaign is really working.
Conversion tracking
Tags placed and verified, goals configured. You see the real conversion rate from the first week, not an estimate.
Mobile version drawn separately
A landing page gets most of its traffic from a phone. So the mobile screen is designed on its own terms, not shrunk down from the desktop.
Hosting and launch
On your domain name, with the certificate and the redirects in place. The code belongs to you, as on every project described on the website creation page.
A method, not improvisation
- 10%
01 Scoping the offer and the message
We define the single action the page has to trigger, and who it speaks to. You approve the angle before I write anything. - 20%
02 Structure and copy
The order of the arguments, the objections handled, the form. You review, we adjust together. - 60%
03 Design and development
Mockup, integration, mobile version, performance. You follow the result on a preview link. - 10%
04 Launch and tracking
Domain, conversion tags, form tests. The page ships with its measurement already wired.
The price is published. You know before you call.
I charge €700 per working day. A landing page takes two, which sets the starting point and makes it possible to go live in one week. The amount rises if the page calls for more content, custom visuals or connections to your tools.
Your questions about landing pages
How much does a landing page cost in Belgium?
The gaps between providers are enormous, because the words "landing page" cover three very different things. Here are the ranges I see on the Belgian market.
| Type of page | Range | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Template page | €300 to €800 | An existing template, your copy, your logo |
| Custom page | €1,200 to €3,000 | Structure, design and copy worked for your offer |
| Custom page with testing | €3,000 to €6,000 | The above, plus variants tested over several weeks |
At Numinam, a landing page starts from two working days, so from €1,400. An extra page in the same style starts at €700. The price is the same whether you are in Brussels, Liège or Antwerp.
What is the difference between a landing page and a homepage?
A homepage serves several audiences and offers several paths. A landing page serves one and offers one. That is why it converts campaign traffic better.
| Landing page | Homepage | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | A single action | Directing towards several sections |
| Audience | The visitor from one specific campaign | Everyone |
| Navigation | Reduced, sometimes absent | Full menu |
| Message | Taken from the ad | General, company positioning |
| Measurement | The page's conversion rate | Traffic and journeys |
Sending ad traffic to the homepage costs conversions: the visitor has to find on their own what they were just promised.
Can a landing page become a full website later?
Yes, and it is the path I recommend when the offer is not validated yet. The page is built on the same technical foundations as a full site: same design, same base, same code structure.
When you decide to go further, the page becomes the homepage or a service page of the showcase website. You do not pay for the design twice, and you lose neither the traffic history nor the domain name.
How long does it take to put a landing page online?
One week between the first call and launch: one day of scoping, one day of structure and copy, two days of design and development, one day for launch.
What stretches the timeline is almost never technical. It is decision time on the client side: approving the angle, choosing the visuals, settling the form. When those answers come back the same day, the page ships in five working days.
Do you need one landing page per campaign?
One per promise, more precisely. Two ads selling the same thing to the same audience can share a page. Two ads promising different things need two pages, otherwise half the visitors land on a message that is not theirs.
In practice, most SMEs run with two to four pages. That is why an extra page in the same style starts at €700: once the design is set, duplicating and rewriting takes a day.
Does Numinam write the page's copy?
Yes, it is included in the two days. I do not ask you for a written document: we have a call, you tell me about your offer, your usual objections and the words your clients use, and I write from there.
You review and correct whatever rings false, especially the trade vocabulary. That is the part where your review matters most: I can write in your place, not know your trade in your place.
One page will not be enough?
If you have several services to present or content to publish regularly, another format will suit you better. Here are the other two, with their prices.
Website with CMS: from €8,400

An offer to test?
Twenty-five minutes to frame the message and see whether a landing page is enough to validate your idea.
Sometimes the answer is no, and I tell you so. It is free, no strings attached, and it is me on the phone.
