What you gain by rebuilding your site with me

01
You turn your traffic into inbound enquiries.

You turn your traffic into inbound enquiries.

Every page has one goal and one path to the contact form. Forms stay short, and the arguments arrive in the order your prospects ask the questions. You finally measure what the site produces.

02
You climb on Google and inside ChatGPT.

You climb on Google and inside ChatGPT.

The technical structure, the tags and the speed are handled while the site is built. That same work decides whether ChatGPT quotes you. Your competitors pay an SEO agency to catch up on those basics.

03
You talk straight to the person coding.

You talk straight to the person coding.

No project manager relaying your requests to someone else. You explain what you need once, to the person who will build it, and you know who to call when something goes wrong.

What the people who went through it say

At Nallian we build solutions that are trusted by the world's leading airports, ground handlers and logistics companies. But our website no longer reflected that level of excellence. This redesign ensures our first impression matches the quality of…

The new website much better reflects who we are. It tells our story more clearly, it's easy to navigate, it looks fresh and modern. It is more Nallian.

Three formats

Which format fits your project?

The right format depends on what you have to publish and on what the site has to produce. Here are the three I build, with their prices.

Landing page: from €1,400

Landing page: from €1,400

One page, one goal. To test an offer, support a campaign or validate a market before investing further.
Website with CMS: from €8,400

Website with CMS: from €8,400

Ten to twenty-five pages and an admin interface. For a team that publishes often and wants to be self-sufficient.

What you get, whichever format you pick

Custom design

Custom design

Mockups created for your brand, approved before the first line of code. That phase is described in detail on the UX and UI design page.

Fast development

Fast development

A site that loads in under a second, built with Astro, on infrastructure that stays simple to maintain: no database to watch, no plugins to update.

SEO and GEO structure

SEO and GEO structure

Site tree, tags, structured data, sitemap, internal links. The same structure serves classic engines and generative ones, which read your pages to decide who to quote. The deeper work continues with SEO and GEO support if your market is competitive.

Connected forms

Connected forms

Every enquiry lands in your inbox or in your tracking tool, with its source attached. If your CRM does not exist yet, we look together at what is worth building on the internal tools side.

Mobile handled separately

Mobile handled separately

Not a resized desktop. Mobile screens are drawn on their own, because half your visitors will never see the wide version.

Analytics tracking

Analytics tracking

You see where your visitors come from and which pages generate contacts. Without that, you rebuild a site every three years in the dark.

Hands-on training

Hands-on training

A recorded session so your team knows where to change what. You replay it whenever somebody new joins.

A method, not improvisation

Five steps, whichever format you pick. Only the calendar changes: one week for a landing page, one to two for a showcase website, eight to ten for a website with a CMS.

I charge €700 per working day. The amounts shown are starting points: they cover the format as described, and move if your project needs more pages, more customisation or connections to your tools. Not if we add meetings.

Brussels funds 25 to 70% of your websiteA €4,200 showcase website can end up costing you €1,260. As long as you file the application at the right moment.

If your company is based in the Brussels-Capital Region, the Digitalisation Grant covers 25 to 70% of the amount, capped at €10,000 per calendar year. A €4,200 showcase website then costs you €1,260 at the top rate.

The application is filed before the quote is signed. That is the condition most companies miss, and there is no catching up on it. I detailed the calculation and the procedure in the complete guide to the Digitalisation Grant; the official conditions are on economie-emploi.brussels.

Your questions about creating a website

How much does creating a website in Brussels cost with Numinam?

I charge €700 per working day, and each format starts from a known number of days. So you have an order of magnitude before the first call, not after three meetings. The amounts below are starting points: they cover the format as described.

FormatBudgetWho it is for
Landing pagefrom €1,400 (2 days)Testing an offer, supporting a campaign
Showcase websitefrom €4,200 (6 days)An SME that wants to be found and generate enquiries
Website with CMSfrom €8,400 (12 days)A team that publishes often and wants to be self-sufficient
Beyond 25 pagesOn quoteEditorial platforms, multiple languages, heavy integrations

What moves the amount: the number of pages, how custom the design is and the connections to your tools. Not the number of meetings. In Brussels, the Digitalisation Grant can fund 25 to 70% of that budget.

How long does building a website with Numinam take?

One week for a landing page, one to two for a showcase website, eight to ten for a website with a CMS. The calendar depends above all on one thing: how fast your content and your approvals arrive.

PhaseDurationWhat happens
Scoping1 to 3 daysGoals, site tree, fixed quote
Content and structure2 days to 2 weeksRanking the arguments page by page
Design2 days to 2 weeksOne complete page approved, then the others
Development3 days to 5 weeksIntegration, responsive, performance, technical SEO
Testing and launch1 day to 1 weekTests, redirects, tracking, training

I work on two projects at a time at most. In practice, your project does not wait in a queue: the start date I announce is the one that holds.

Why go through a freelance developer rather than a web agency in Brussels?

Because on a site under twenty-five pages, an agency bills you for a structure you only use part of. The rest of the time the agency is the right call, and I say so when that is the case.

Decision timeImmediateSeveral people to alignLimited to the plan's options
AvailabilityTwo projects in parallelA team, but a shared onePermanent, impersonal
When it is the right callSite up to 25 pages, fast decisionsCampaigns, continuous production, high volumeVery tight budget, standard need

The real risk with a freelance is depending on one person. I answer that concretely: the code lives in your repository from day one, it uses mainstream technologies, and it is documented so another developer can take over.

Which website format should I choose for my business?

Start from what you have to publish and what the site has to produce, not from the number of pages you picture.

Your situationRecommended format
You want to validate an offer before investingLanding page
You are launching a paid campaignA landing page dedicated to the ad's message
You sell several services and want to be found on GoogleShowcase website
You publish at least once a monthWebsite with CMS
Several people need to publish, with different rightsWebsite with CMS

A format can change along the way: a landing page that works becomes the first brick of a showcase website, without starting over.

Do you need a multilingual website in Belgium?

That depends on where your buyers are, not on the country's language map. A Brussels SME whose clients are in Brussels and Wallonia lives perfectly well in French alone.

Dutch makes sense when you prospect in Flanders, when you answer federal public tenders, or when your direct competitors are already positioned there. English makes sense for a product sold outside Belgium. In both cases, a translation without semantic work returns nothing: I start from the words people actually type in each language. Count from €1,400 for a second language on a showcase website.

Is SEO included in a website built by Numinam?

The foundations, yes, and they are not an option. Site tree, tags, structured data, sitemap, internal links, loading speed: all of it happens during the build, because adding it afterwards costs more than doing it properly the first time.

What is not included is the ranking work over time: content production, competitive analysis, inbound links, monthly position tracking. That is a job in its own right, described on the SEO and GEO page. A well-built site puts you in a decent starting position; it does not replace six months of content.

Redesign or new website: how do I decide?

The question is not how old the site is but what is holding it back. Some signals justify starting over, others get fixed in a few days.

SignalRedesign justified?
The site loads in more than three secondsNot necessarily: let us measure the cause first
You cannot edit a page yourselfYes, the structure is the problem
The design is dated but enquiries come inNo: keep it, improve the journey
No page targets what your clients typeYes, the site tree needs rebuilding
Every update goes through a providerYes, you are paying for a dependency
The site does not exist on mobileYes, in practice you lose half your traffic

During the twenty-five minute audit, I tell you which column you are in. Sometimes I conclude that a redesign is not justified.

Who owns the website's code?

You do, entirely, from day one. The code lives in your repository, the domain name is in your name, the hosting credentials are yours. There is no licence to renew and no platform holding your pages hostage.

That is what makes leaving possible: if you want to hand the next stage to someone else, they get a standard, documented project, not a system only I would understand.

Do you work with companies outside Brussels?

Yes. I am based in Brussels and most of my clients are here, but the method and the rates are the same in Liège, Namur, Antwerp or France. We work over video calls, with a visit on site when it is worth it.

The only thing that changes outside the Brussels Region is the funding: the Digitalisation Grant is a Brussels scheme. In Wallonia, it is the chèques-entreprises, with their own conditions.

Are the websites you build GDPR-compliant?

Yes. The sites are hosted on European servers and collect nothing superfluous. Forms ask for explicit consent, the privacy policy is built in, and no data goes to an undeclared third party.

If your activity involves sensitive data or a particular kind of processing, we discuss it during scoping so the architecture is compliant from the start. Fixing that after launch always costs more.
