These providers act only on Numinam’s instructions.

Some tools may involve transfers of data outside the European Union. In that case, Numinam puts appropriate safeguards in place (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

8. Retention period

The data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes pursued:

  • contact data: up to 3 years after the last exchange;
  • contractual data: the applicable legal period;
  • browsing data: the period set out in the cookie policy.
