Vaibes — AI platform for creating LinkedIn posts

Numinam designed Vaibes, an AI platform that helps teams and professionals create on-brand LinkedIn posts in seconds, with a controlled tone and a clear editorial strategy. Vaibes was born from a simple insight: teams want to communicate, but few have the time, inspiration, or structure to post regularly on LinkedIn.

The challenge: consistent LinkedIn posting for busy teams

LinkedIn has become an essential business channel, but posting regularly remains a challenge for most professionals. Writer's block, lack of time, inconsistent tone between members of the same team — all barriers that prevent companies from capitalizing on their LinkedIn presence.

Vaibes needed to offer more than a simple text generator: a tool that understands the user's tone, maintains editorial consistency across a team, and produces content that drives real engagement.

Each of those barriers compounds the others. When writing feels difficult, posting gets postponed; when there is no shared structure, every team member improvises a different voice; and when the tone drifts from one post to the next, the company's presence stops feeling like a single, recognizable identity. The goal was to remove these obstacles at the source rather than ask busy professionals to simply try harder.

Our approach: AI architecture and UX for on-brand content

I designed the AI architecture and user experience around four pillars:

  • Understanding each user's tone and style through an editorial profile system;

  • Intelligent generation of ideas and posts based on industry trends;

  • Editorial consistency across team members through shared guidelines;

  • Simplified interface designed for non-content-marketing experts.

These four pillars work together rather than in isolation. The editorial profile captures how each user actually sounds, the idea and post generation grounds suggestions in what is relevant to their industry, and the shared guidelines keep every team member aligned on the same editorial direction. The simplified interface ties it all together, so people who are not content-marketing experts can still produce structured, on-brand posts without learning a new craft.

The AI doesn't just generate text: it learns from user feedback to progressively refine the quality and relevance of suggestions.

That feedback loop is what keeps the platform from feeling like a generic generator. As users accept, adjust, or rewrite what they receive, the system treats those signals as guidance, gradually tuning suggestions toward the tone, structure, and topics that resonate for each profile and team.

The outcome: a regular LinkedIn cadence with engaging AI posts

Vaibes has transformed how teams approach their LinkedIn communication. Users go from zero publications to a regular cadence within days, without significant additional effort.

The platform proves that well-designed AI doesn't create noise, but reach. Posts generated by Vaibes achieve engagement rates comparable to — or even higher than — manually written ones, thanks to the system's continuous learning.

Just as important, that cadence is reached without significant additional effort and while staying on-brand across the whole team. Instead of every member improvising their own voice, the shared guidelines hold the editorial direction together, so a regular presence and a consistent identity are built at the same time.

Frequently asked questions

How does Vaibes keep posts on-brand?

Vaibes builds an editorial profile for each user to understand their tone and style, and applies shared guidelines so that team members stay aligned on the same editorial direction. Combined, these keep generated posts consistent with the brand rather than reading like generic text.

Does Vaibes control the tone of the content?

Yes. Controlling tone is one of the platform's core goals: the editorial profile system captures how each user actually sounds, so suggestions match their voice instead of imposing a single, uniform style.

Can a whole team use Vaibes while staying consistent?

Yes. Vaibes is designed for teams as well as individual professionals. Shared guidelines maintain editorial consistency across members, so a company's LinkedIn presence feels like one recognizable identity rather than several improvised voices.

Do I need to be a content-marketing expert to use Vaibes?

No. The interface is intentionally simplified for people who are not content-marketing experts. It helps generate ideas and posts based on industry trends, so users can post regularly without learning a new craft.
