With Squadra, the goal was clear: eliminate friction from the team building market. No more endless searches, redundant forms, and manual quotes. I worked on a user experience that transforms a request into a qualified, fully automated connection.

The Challenge

Organizing a team building event remains a frustrating experience for most companies. You have to browse dozens of websites, send quote requests, wait for responses, compare offers that are often incomparable. Squadra wanted to radically simplify this process.

The technical challenge: build a marketplace capable of understanding the client's actual need, automatically identifying the best provider, and generating an instant quote — all without human intervention.

The Approach

I designed the platform around an intelligent matching algorithm:

  • Collection of the client's actual criteria (group size, budget, activity type, location);

  • Automatic identification of the best provider based on those criteria;

  • Instant quote generation with no waiting;

  • Provider-side validation system to accept or decline the assignment.

The UX was designed so that the entire process — from initial request to quote reception — takes less than two minutes. Each step eliminates a friction point from the traditional process.

The Outcome

Squadra has become a platform where everyone saves time. Companies get relevant proposals in minutes instead of days. Providers receive qualified leads with a clear brief, improving their conversion rate.

The matching system has proven its effectiveness: the vast majority of connections lead to actual collaborations, validating the algorithmic approach as a credible alternative to traditional brokering.
