Coddy had to attract more players, sell to several countries and absorb each new booking without adding to his team. Product Growth, custom development and automation were treated as a single topic.
- Client: Coddy, creator of urban adventures to play on a smartphone.
- Problem: develop sales without increasing manual operations.
- Result: 250,000 players, 278 games and 90% of reservations processed without human intervention.

The starting point
Coddy sells urban adventures to individuals and businesses. Players choose a city, book an experience, pay online and play with their smartphone.
This journey seems simple from the client side. For the team, however, each sale results in a payment, the creation of a reservation, the registration of players, the sending of instructions and access to the game.
Processing these steps by hand would have limited growth. Each new market would also have added content, rules and operations to manage.
The problem to solve
The question was concrete: how to sell more experiences without having to strengthen the administrative team at the same pace?
The platform had to cover the entire chain:
| Need | Response given |
|---|---|
| Acquisition | Pages by city and activity to capture demand. |
| Conversion | A clear path from discovery of the game to payment. |
| Product Growth | An experience designed to help players start and end their adventure. |
| Automation and AI | Reservations processed without manual re-entry. |
| Custom development | An internal tool to create games and manage operations. |
| B2B | A course adapted to team building requests. |
The same journey, from research to reservation
The site helps visitors choose a city, compare games and understand how the activity works. The pages have also been structured to respond to searches related to cities, escape games and team buildings.
This SEO and conversion work helped make organic search a major source of traffic for Coddy. The journey then continues seamlessly until reservation and payment.
90% of reservations processed automatically
A reservation triggers the actions necessary to launch the experience:
- The payment is recorded. 2. The reservation and players are created. 3. Practical information is sent. 4. Access to the game is open. 5. The team keeps control of cases that require intervention.
With more than 2,500 reservations and 25,000 Stripe transactions, this automation avoids an administrative burden that would have increased with sales.
An internal tool to create 278 games
Coddy couldn't depend on a developer to add a city, modify a puzzle, or release a new game. So an internal tool was developed for the team to manage content and operations themselves.
- games and their scenarios
- cities and points of interest
- the translations
- reservations and players
- B2B operations
- the contents visible on the site
The team has created 278 games on the same base, in 70 cities, 9 countries and 5 languages.
An experience adapted to the field
Players use the application on the street, sometimes with an imperfect connection and with several people on the same course. Geolocation, puzzles and progression must therefore remain understandable in real conditions.
Product Growth's work focused on this concrete use: helping players get started, understand the next step, and complete their adventure without unnecessary assistance.
B2C and B2B on the same base
Half of Coddy's business is B2B. A company that organizes a team building does not have the same journey as a family that reserves a game for the weekend.
However, the platform uses the same games, the same cities and the same operations. Only the sales journey and the information requested are adapted to the type of customer. Coddy can thus develop B2B without managing a second product.
What this project demonstrates
Coddy illustrates how Numinam connects several growth levers:
- SEO attracts visitors who are already looking for an activity.
- The conversion journey helps them choose and book.
- Product Growth makes the service easier to use.
- Automation absorbs repetitive operations.
- Custom development gives the team the tools they need.
The result is not due to an isolated function. It comes from a system where acquisition, sales, product and operations move forward together.

Is your growth adding too much manual labor?
If more requests also mean more input, reminders and coordination, your system will end up limiting your campaigns.
